- Introduce and ask about them. Ask how their day was ? Was it busy or did they do something interesting ?
- Where are you from ? How long have you been in bay area ? Do you like it here ?
- Where did you go to school ? What did you major in ? Are you working in a field related to your major ? In which direction is your industry heading - more automation/smart tech etc; ?
- What have your experiences been with medical communication? I.e. archived records, PCP, same place since childhood? Is it different now that you are out of school?
- Do you or your family member have any major illness, history of any medical condition or allergies ? While at school did you or your friends suffer any injuries involving medical treatment ?
- Which medical insurance did you have as a kid and in school ? HMO or PPO ?
- Did you switch insurance often ? Was it hard to transfer claims or medical data ?
- Did you switch doctors often ? Did you try to collect your medical history till that point to hand over to your new doctor ? What kind of forms did you have to fill and any fees to pay ? In what form did you get your medical records - email, USB, printouts, CD Drive ? How secure was it ? How was that experience ?
- Are you happy with it ? Do you think something could have been done better or would like something to be done better ?
- What is your opinion on having full time access to your medical record ? Would you like to update your records regularly or just have it pulled from the doctors ?
- From what we have discussed, I feel that you are happy about this ….. Or not happy about this ?
